Description

The Peterson Aran XL90 Fishtail is a bent briar pipe from Peterson of Dublin in their rusticated Aran finish, with a nickel band at the shank. Unlike the Peterson P-Lip stem, this one has a flat fishtail bit at the mouthpiece, the more familiar stem shape found on most other pipes.

Like the Donegal Rocky, the XL90 is a larger bent bowl, so expect a substantial pipe rather than a small quick-smoke one. Give a new briar a few lighter bowls before packing it full, so it seasons evenly.
